Rodolphe Roch is a Principal at North Sea Partners. Mr. Roch has spent nine years in the finance industry, concentrating mostly on private equity, leveraged finance and M&A transactions. After experiences in the Paris-based Transaction Services Group of PriceWaterhouseCoopers and the M&A Department of JPMorgan, he spent four years on the origination and execution of leveraged finance transactions at CIBC World Markets and Barclays Capital in London. Mr. Roch was involved in several transactions including the acquisition financings of Mauser AG, Endemol, 4Gas, Parques Reunidos, Palace Entertainment Holdings, Algeco and the acquisitions of Elis by PAI Partners, Royal Canin by Masterfoods and Matussiere & Forest by Matlin Patterson.

Mr. Roch graduated from EDHEC Business School where he specialized in finance and corporate strategy.
