Richard Caldwell is a Vice President at North Sea Partners based in London. Mr. Caldwell has eight years of experience in financial services, most notably in asset management. Prior to joining North Sea Partners, Mr. Caldwell was a Director at UBS where he was part of a team that managed £1bn of investment portfolios for charities, endowments and pension funds. He had responsibility for managing portfolios that totaled £300mm with a particular focus on direct equity and fixed Income investments. At UBS Mr. Caldwell was a member of the Investment Committee where decisions on asset allocation and investment strategy were made. Prior to joining UBS, Mr. Caldwell was an Equity Analyst at Thornhill Investment Management. He holds a BSc from Surrey University.
