Malcolm Stewart is a Managing Partner for Europe, based in London. Mr. Stewart has over 25 years of experience in the global credit markets and has spent the last ten years working in London. Previously, Mr. Stewart was head of European Leveraged Capital Markets at Merrill Lynch where he served on the European Investment Bank Operating Committee and was a standing member of the Capital Commitments Committee. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch in 2005, he was Head of European Leveraged Finance at Citigroup.

During his time in London, Mr. Stewart was involved in numerous leveraged financings and related transactions for corporations and private equity firms, including Alliance Boots, Auna, Basell, Callahan NRW, Crown ,Cork & Seal, Fiat Avio, Findexa, Gate Gourmet, Heckler & Koch, Head Sports, Ineos Group, KDG, Ono, Seat, Telewest, TdF, Unity Media, Vendex, Versatel, Vivendi and Wind.

Mr. Stewart is a graduate of the University of Oregon and the Columbia University School of International Affairs.
