Lance C. Itkoff is a Managing Director at North Sea Partners where he heads the firm's investment banking coverage of the retail sector. Mr. Itkoff has over 25 years of senior management experience across all sectors of the retail industry, including specialty retailing, department stores, outlet stores and off-price stores. Prior to joining North Sea, he was Senior Vice President - General Merchandise Manager at Retail Ventures Inc. Previously, he directed men's buying and merchandising at The Bon-Ton Stores. Prior to The Bon-Ton, he was with Jos. A. Bank Clothiers as the store's Vice President, General Merchandise Manager. He began his career at Brooks Brothers, where he ran merchandising for men's tailored clothing. Mr. Itkoff successfully developed strategic merchandising plans and implemented business growth initiatives at all of these companies.
