Ms. Fishlow Minter is a Managing Partner of North Sea Partners. Previously she was head of Loan Syndicate North America at Citigroup since 1998. In this role, she was responsible for all corporate loan syndications for high grade, high yield, project finance, LATAM and asset-based finance. She was also a member of the firm's commitment committee that approved transactions. While at Citigroup, Ms. Fishlow Minter was involved in numerous notable transactions, including Allied Waste, Alltel, American Airlines, AMF, LyondellBasell, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, First Data, Georgia Pacific, GXS, Nielsen, R. H. Donnelly, TXU Energy, Union Pacific and VTR. Ms. Fishlow Minter spent over 20 years at Citigroup focused predominantly on leveraged finance. In addition, Ms. Fishlow Minter represented Citigroup on the board of the Loan Syndication and Trading Association. She holds a BA in Economics and Government from Wesleyan University and an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School - University of Pennsylvania.
