Jared Talisman is a Vice President at North Sea Partners. Mr. Talisman has spent eight years in the finance industry, most recently at Lehman Brothers in the Investment Banking Division in the Consumer & Retail Group. In this position, he worked on numerous equity, debt and high yield transactions, including advising corporate and financial sponsor clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buy-outs and activist defense maneuvers. In addition to working in investment banking, Mr. Talisman was a research analyst in the Institutional Equities Division at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Credit Suisse First Boston. In this role, he focused on both the financial institution and consumer non-discretionary industries.

Mr. Talisman holds a BSc from McGill University and a MBA from Cornell University.
