Frederick Yanni is a Managing Director for North Sea Partners and is based in New York.

Mr. Yanni has covered the middle market for his entire career and focused on leveraged finance for over 15 years. Prior to joining North Sea Partners, he was a Managing Director at GE Capital where he originated, structured, underwrote and executed multi-tiered cash flow and asset based financing arrangements for middle market leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations. Most recently Mr. Yanni was a Managing Director at CapitalSource Finance where he was responsible for private equity sponsor coverage in the Northeast. He holds a BA in History from Colgate University and a MBA in Finance from the Stern School of Business, New York University.
