Emily Jaffe is a Principal at North Sea Partners. Ms. Jaffe spent ten years at Citigroup, most recently as a Director in the Leveraged Loan Syndicate Group where she was responsible for the structuring, pricing and distribution of substantially all syndicated loan transactions of the firm, including rescue financings, DIP financings, LBOs and corporate loans. Ms. Jaffe was also instrumental in working on all loan amendments and waivers. Prior to joining the Loan Syndicate desk, Ms. Jaffe was part of the Asset Based Finance Group at Citigroup, specializing in restructurings and DIP financings. She holds a BS in Economics from The Wharton School - University of Pennsylvania.
