Managing Director
Daniel B. Hébert is a Managing Director at North Sea Partners. Mr. Hébert has extensive investment banking experience in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, corporate restructuring and capital markets transactions. He joined North Sea from Tri-Artisan Partners, a privately-held merchant bank focused on M&A and private equity transactions. Previously, he was head of Global M&A at Rabobank International, the Dutch investment bank that specializes in the food and beverage sector. Mr. Hébert joined Rabobank in 1999 to build the bank’s M&A franchise. He was also a member of the Executive Committee for the Americas Region and a member of the Rabo Securities Capital Commitment and Underwriting Committees. Prior to Rabobank, Mr. Hébert was a Managing Director in Corporate Finance at BT Alex Brown where he served as head of the Global Food & Beverage Group. At BT Alex Brown, he was responsible for a broad range of domestic and international industry participants, including food manufacturers, distribution companies, as well as bottling and beverage companies.
Mr. Hébert holds a BA from Acadia University and a MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, both in Canada.
