Brian McKeon is a Principal at North Sea Partners. Mr. McKeon has spent 10 years in the finance industry, concentrating mostly in the leveraged finance and distressed markets. He spent nine years at Citigroup and its predecessors as an analyst working in the Investment Grade and High Yield Capital Markets groups. In 2005, he relocated to London to capitalize on a developing market for European restructuring transactions. In this role, Mr. McKeon worked with companies to restructure liabilities and debt in order to meet long-term corporate finance strategies.

In addition to working on restructuring transactions in Europe, he worked as a credit analyst for distressed companies at Citigroup. In 2007, Mr. McKeon moved to Deutsche Bank Principal Strategies in London where he assumed a role as a credit analyst on a team that managed approximately E1.5 billion of the bank's capital. In this role, he focused on several industries in the high yield and distressed markets worldwide.

Mr. McKeon holds a BA from Lafayette College and a MBA from the Stern School of Business.
